Great place to rent a bouncy castle. Rented one for my twins birthday. Arrived and set up in 15min or less. Easy and fun! Highly recommended! The kids loved it!!!!

I absolutely recommend Jim’s Bouncy Castle not only there rates are the best I have heard because it’s a flat rate but Jim himself is very understanding and reassuring and responds quickly! I inquired 2 days before I needed it as the weather was iffy in May but Jim just said if the weather doesn’t turn out on the day of then i can cancel without any penalty! Thank You Jim and Brent for making this the best decision. I look forward to more rentals in the future!

Communication with Jim was so easy! I texted him late one evening and wasn't expecting a reply until the morning but he replied right away and answered my many many questions! He was very helpful in guiding me towards the right castle and not once did I feel like he was trying to "up-sell me" anything. I changed my mind a few times about the size that I wanted and he remained patient the whole time. He even waited a couple of days for me to go measure the party room to make sure it would fit in there.
The day of delivery, we had Manhar come do the set up and take down for us. He was on time, professional and courteous. My 4 year old was very unhappy with him taking the bouncy castle away but he was very nice about it and even apologised to her - haha!
Overall, I would 100% recommend this rental company to everyone and will definitely book them again in the future! Thank you Jim and your team for giving my daughter her best birthday yet! :)

This company was great to deal with. They have a same day cancellation policy and the guy setting up was quick, friendly and so efficient! I would use them again for our next party! Update- we have used Jim’s bouncy castles for another birthday party and the service was again amazing!

Max weight capacity 600 pounds and can support 2-3 small adults or 6 children under 100 lbs. It has the largest bouncing area of all our castles.
